Why not add some green to your omelette?
Try some spinach in your normal breakfast.
It contains lots of different vitamins like K, A and magnesium.
Here my take on this vitamin filled omelette.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 dl of milk (or more)
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
a hand full of spinach
1 tomato
blue or white cheese
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour on to a heated pan.
2. Turn once and done.
