Bombay potatoes & paprika

I would like to share you my version of these wonderful Bombay potatoes.
The inspiration came from one of numerous cook books.
I like to experiment and change recipes to give them a fun twist.

BOMBAY POTATOES

Ingredients
4-8 small potatoes washed and peeled
mustard seeds
curry powder
cumin seeds
coriander (fresh if possible)
olive oil

1. Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes, so they get softer.
2. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add all the spices except coriander.
3. Let it simmer to really get all the delicious flavors out.
4. Add the potatoes to the saucepan and stir.

PAPRIKA/ONION WITH CREAM CHEESE

I personally love fresh vegetables so this is something simple yet yummy.

Ingredients
Caramelized onion cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)
2 whole paprika's
1 yellow onion
olive oil
black pepper

1. Fry up cut onion and cut paprika's with a small amount of olive oil,
just until they get a nice color on them.
2. Add the black pepper and cream cheese. Stir and done.

Chocolate Nutella Cake

YUM YUM and YUM! I would get two separate chocolate bars in case the first one "disappears". Ingredients: 3 eggs 2 dl sugar 2 1/2 dl flour 1 1/2 tl  baking powder 100 g butter 1 1/2 dl water 1 dl pieces of chocolate 1/2 dl grated chocolate 1 tbs Nutella spread bread crumbs Heat oven 175 c. 1. Mix up sugar and eggs 2. Mix flour, grated chocolate, baking powder and add it to the foamed sugar and eggs. 3. Melt the butter and let it cool down a bit. Add to mixture. 4. Add the Nutella. 5. Boil water and slowly add it to the mixture. Make sure it does not get to watery. 6. Butter the cake tin and add the breadcrumbs so the cake does not stick to the tin. 7. Add the chocolate pieces to the bottom of the cake tin and pour the mixture evenly over it. 8. Bake for approx. 30-50 minutes. 9. You can use a toothpick to check that the cake is baked. Hint! You can use different flavors of chocolate as well. (milk, dark, mint)
