Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour on to a heated pan. 2. Turn once and done.

Zucchini chili soup

What is the best day of the week? Also what makes it the best day? To me every day can be the best day if you decide so. As you know I love cooking and hanging out with good friends so I invited one of my good friends over and made some food :) Here is my take on a zucchini soup. Ingredients 1 Zucchini 1 teaspoon salt 1 packet of food cream (thick and light combo if available) 1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon ginger 1 piece of fresh ginger 1 onion 1 whole garlic (one clove) a dash of chili flakes sun flower oil or other basic oil 1. Pour some oil in the pan and add the black pepper  and salt 2. Cut up the ginger, garlic and onion and add to the pan. 3. Let it simmer and cut up the zucchini in the mean time. 4. Add the cream and zucchini pieces. Lower the temperature so the cream does not burn! Sprinkle the chili on top of the soup.

Spinach & Tomato pasta

"What a wonderful world " is a sentence in my mind as I sit in my neighborhood cafeteria and enjoy the spring sun. Time to bring more color in cooking as well.  Ingredients: 1 onion 2 tomatoes a handful of  fresh spinach a piece of fresh ginger 1 can of food cream 1-2 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger olive oil 2-4 dl of pasta 1. Pour some olive oil in a pan. Heat it up, add the onion and ginger in small pieces. 2. Add all the spices and let it simmer. 3. Cut up the tomatoes and mix in with the other ingredients. 4. Boil the pasta. 5. After the mixture has sat for a while add the cream and at the end the spinach.                               Bon Appetit!
